Nina Półtorak – graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (1995); Doctor of Law (2001); habilitated Doctor in Legal Science (2011); Associate Professor (2003-13), then Professor (since 2013), in the EU Law Department at the Jagiellonian University; Director of Postgraduate Study Programmes in EU law at the Jagiellonian University (2006-13); Visiting scholar at the University of Oxford (1998) and visiting fellow at the European University Institute, Florence (2005); admitted to the Kraków Bar (2000); legal counsel (2000-12); Judge at the Regional Administrative Court, Kraków (2012-16); seconded to the Supreme Administrative Court of the Republic of Poland (2014-16); Director of the EU Law Department, Supreme Administrative Court (2013-16); Judge at the General Court since 13 April 2016.
